ÚLTIMOS DÍAS PARA PRESENTARSE AL PREMIO AL MEJOR LIBRO DE FOTOGRAFÍA PHE12 CIUDAD DE ALCALÁ

Queda un mes para participar en el Premio al mejor libro de fotografí­a PHE12 Ciudad de Alcalá, con el que PHotoEspaña reconoce el trabajo editorial fotográfico más destacado del año. La convocatoria está abierta a editores y editoriales de todas las nacionalidades y pueden presentar libros de fotografí­a que se hayan publicado entre marzo de 2011 y marzo de 2012.

Un comité de especialistas valorará el concepto, diseño y calidad gráfica de cada publicación, así­ como la trayectoria de los editores. Los libros seleccionados podrán verse en una exposición en la sede del Antiguo Hospital de Santa María la Rica en Alcalá de Henares durante el mes de abril. El Premio al mejor libro de fotografía PHE12 Ciudad de Alcalá se otorga en las catego­rías nacional, internacional y editorial destacada. Las publicaciones reconocidas en la pasada edición fueron:

Europa, de Bernard Plossu, Fundación Santander 2016 en colaboración con la Fábrica Editorial (Categoría nacional)
Destroy this Memory, de Richard Misrach, editado por Aperture Foundation. (Categoría internacional)
Nobody (Reino Unido) (Editorial destacada)

Para participar, por favor rellena la ficha de inscripción aquí. Una vez registrado por Internet, debes imprimir la ficha y enviarla, junto a dos copias de cada publicación a concurso, a la siguiente dirección:

El Premio al mejor libro de fotografía PHE12 Ciudad de Alcalá es organizado por PHotoEspaña y el Ayuntamiento de Alcalá de Henares, a través de la Empresa Municipal Promoción de Alcalá, S.A. La convocatoria y la exposición del premio se suman al programa de formación en fotografía y artes visuales que PHE y la Comunidad de Madrid organizan en la ciudad complutense.

LAST DAYS PHOTOGRAPHY BOOK AWARD 2012 PHE12 CIUDAD DE ALCALÁ.

PHotoEspaña, International Festival of Photography and Visual Arts, opens the call for entries for the Photography Book Award 2012 PHE12 Ciudad de Alcalá. This award recognizes the year’s most outstanding photographic editorial work. The call is open to publishers of all nationalities with photography books edited between March 2011 and 2012.

A jury will evaluate the concept, design and graphic quality of each publication, as well as the trajectory of the publishers. The selected books will form part of an exhibition at the Antiguo Hospital de Santa María la Rica in the City of Alcalá during the month of April. The Photography Book Award Ciudad de Alcalá recognizes editorial works presented in the categories: National, International and Outstanding Publisher of the Year. Last year the publications recognized where:
